I don't have social phobia, just a total lack of a social life; Google came up with this site. I am just barely starting to hit puberty, in 9th grade now but I should be in 10. Switched schools and stayed back in 9th grade because my parents decided no puberty and going into 10th grade was just to weird.
Quiet kids can seem a little weird,and a bunch of jerks will pick on you for that. However you are not the really annoying kind. People who talk to much ate 1000 times harder to be around the people who never talk. If you push to say at least 1 thing every class/ every other class then you will seem much less alienated.
It will take a while , people will still make fun of you but after a while if you just talk a little, over time you may fit in a little better.
I don't know how the kids in you're school are, just my experience so far.
