Basically, Im over my intrusive thoughs..now its fear of going crazy, delusional, psychoitc.

I read online and aparently if you question your insanity, your not insane.
I find ways around the assurance, wondering..ok, are you sure that you questioned it, or did you think you questioned it etc.

Also, when I imagine scitsophrenia, I imagine hearing voices, like...I imagine what if I did and stuff like that.

Its scary..not panic attack scary but definitley depressing, and every now and then ill get a few minutes of anxiety, then back to normal for a few minutes etc...

what are your thoughts?

It sounds like your just having a lot of racing thoughts because of anxiety.

Do you think if you were checked for schizophrenia that it would ease your worries? My aunty has that and none of what you describe sounds like what she had before she went on meds.

I am pretty sure it’s anxiety but better to be checked or find away to put it at ease.

I fear going insane, too. It does get tiring. Maybe it would be easier to not be in touch with reality, though, than living this way.

I am so scared of going crazy one day. Social phobia is really controlling my life, but at least I am able to function and I know that I can hopefully get better by therapy, meds or just working on my issues. But what if I come to the point of insanity when there is no way back???
