Do you even feel like when someone reassures you that your fine, you always wonder if you asked the question properly, or left a bit of info out etc..

wow, sorry to revive this, but i'm having a TERRIBLE time right now with OCD, mainly hurting things i love (cat... means more to me than anything...)
does that form of OCD, feed on say, a bad day (because i've sure had one)
i was just wondering that... is all, someone, if you could PM me the answer, because i follow threads like crap

that's funny - just an anxiety problem.
I used to have those thoughts all the time - like the anxiety was going to drive literally out of my mind. turns out this is a common symptom itself. keep typing and try to exercise even a little if you can.

I am really afraid of going crazy as a stay at home mom...and doing something harmful to my kids. :(
I also sometimes think...what if I did/am doing something bad but in my head I think I'm doing something else. What if I do stuff and don't realize it? It's a freaky thought because I wouldn't know!! I don't think that is happening...but I think about it sometimes...

I feel like im losing my mind sometimes.
Getting a little paranoid at times, or thinking im going delusional...
Like today I thought that thought about Super Natural and everyone getting posessed and I started getting anxious...
It only lasted 15 minutes or so, but after I was like...seriously, wtf was I thinking?
Im kinda scared of becoming schitzofrenic...or delusional, or just plain crazy.
