Jealous at others...

I guess I've done it all my life but I tend to get jealous when if someone who I like, mainly females, are talking to another man who is making them laugh or they are engaging in conversation, tend to get abit jealous!

Probably because I wish that was me making them laugh or smile..

don't be too hard on yourself. I'm quiet too but I tend to look for a person of a similar quiet character. In the end, a funny upbeat person may not be the best match for me.

Don't try to be someone you are not

Idk if I get jealous but when I see another guy flirting with a girl (she doesn't have to be attractive) I feel inferior. But I do kick myself when I see a attractive girl and don't speak to her.

Jealously is a typical human emotion to experience. Though, it is not good to be jealous because sometimes the grass is not always greener on the other side. Who knows? Maybe the people we are jealous of are envious of the traits that we social phobics have.
