lorazepam should help with the presentation, it's an anxiolytic that is effective in the short term treatment of anxiety, citalopram should help in the long term as it has anxiolytic qualities, meaning it can be effective in the treatmnet of anxiety as well as depression. Citalopram may take a while to get into your system so you won't see any effect immediately, unlike lorazepam which is quick acting, let us know how you get on

well the lozapam, I took a tablet before work and I was yawning constantly. Really bad. Every minute. Did its job though. Not sure how it will help with my presentation if I look half asleep

Citalopram nothing yet, but takes a while to take effect yeh?

Thanks for the reply loucat.

that's ok, yeah i should have said lorazepam can do that, perhaps 0.5mg would have suited you better

lol i'm sorry i find kind of funny that you were yawning with one tablet, still not feeling so bad about it. personally i love benzodiazepines. but i dont take them everyday. i try to keep some months (3 or 4) between the episodes of use
(1 week -2 or 3 tablets).

I love how the humour in both of you (the part of "i forgot to tell you, my bad" its kind of hilarious. ty for cheer me up. this post was like a sit-com.

Don't fall in love with benzos kids.
