Lost.

I tend to get lost at some points in my life in very stressful situations. I would almost do anything to get out of the situations, but of course they're not very good ways to get out. In these situations, I dream about living out in the woods with no one around me because I can't communicate with people anyways. I feel like it's my only way out and I don't know how I haven't done it yet.

In stressful situations try to keep a positive outlook. Take deep breaths and try to calm yourself down. Any kind of exercise is great to burn off nervous energy.

I always dream about living in the woods. The idea calms me down. I go hiking as much as I can because it relaxes me so much.

First and foremost I would recommend meditation, I know its a whole cliche thing and a stigma around it, but I think that focusing upon issues can really help in these situations. Whenever I am faced with something I tend to meditate and focus upon my problems, or watch a movie and fill the silence. Watching movies and stand-up really helps loneliness from my point of view and I would recommend it :) Although I am not to keen on silence, I think we differ on that.

- Anything from meditation to breathing exercises, even Yoga. Anything to just let your mind focus upon your body and not the world around you.
- You say you like the woods, maybe try going on 'youtube' and looking for woodland sounds? A little bit of calmness never hurts.
- As said above exercise really works, I tend to clear my head with a run. Maybe that could work for you?

These things are more difficult in reality than just talking about them, I know that as much as everyone else on the website, but its part of all of this. I think a lot of us understand the feeling of being lost, these situations are hard but I hope knowing that we are all here gives you some comfort.

Just remember to breathe. I hope this helps, but I can only guess. Someone is bound to have the answer.
