Do you ever get disassociations with reality? As if nothing is real, it's just a play and you're an actor acting a role? I feel like I'm just dreaming all this, I feel like it's all fake what I'm doing, nothing is natural or spontaneous, just 'put on', so to speak...am I just totally crazy here...
