Does anyone ever get super anxious when driving and you get stopped at a red light, I dunno sometimes I feel like everyone is staring in the car at me. It may sound really ridiculous but it sucks. I just sit there trying to keep busy changing the radio or whatever, but ugh.

Ive isolated myself from the world who is this person Ive become Behind closed doors I hide Who is left to confide in My social skills have gone out the door I feel as if my self image has hit the floor This isnt me but where do I begin I feel lost in my own skin.
