Hi all. Thought I'd give another forum a try and see if it may help. I'm 36 and from Scotland. Suffer from a constant mild depression but had a huge case of it around 10 years ago and desperate to never get that bad again. I'm currently struggling and trying to keep my head above water. Not easy...
