yesterday i woke up earliiee in the morning as I was not being able to breather normally. was that a panic attack?? but i was sleeping..how could I be panicking while in sleep. confusssiiiiinnnnggggggggg.

this is supposed to be GABA+niacin...and far more effective than just gaba for anxiety...has anyone tried this with any luck??
