My solutions for HH of the Face and Scalp

I have been reading these forums for sometime now and I feel like I should contribute to all of you who have been contributing to me.
A little bit about myself, I am 28 male and have been dealing with HH since my teen years. Its very embarrassing to be the only one at a social situation sweating but I did notice that my sweating somewhat slows down when I start drinking alcohol. Which made me drink more when in social situations.
I have been reading tons of post and websites that deal with HH and realize there are ways to treat this problem that don't make me an alcoholic.

My regime, I am now applying Hydrosal Gel on my face about 2 x week at night. It has really slowed down my sweating which is great without any side effects. The problem is that my scalp sweats a lot and it just drips down to my face. Sometimes I just wear a baseball cap and I can feel my scalp getting damp but no sweat is showing on my face which is a good thing. The scalp deal has really been bugging me so I decided to do some research. I found out 2 things that can help me with the scalp issue oxybutynin which I started to take last summer. Very helpful but I just couldn't stand the side effects. Dry mouth, dry eyes, I felt in a daze most of the day. And sometimes it gave me slight headaches. I wasn't taking that much either. I would only take half a pill which is about 2.5 mg. But it did work. I still use it on occasion for special events. The other thing is BOTOX.
I just went to a doctor and got Botox done to my scalp today. It doesn't really hurt. She used 100 units and charged me $900. So don't pay more and do your homework on the doctor. I met with the only 2 doctors in Los Angeles that deal with HH of the face and scalp with Botox.
Here is a very useful site that I used: http://www.sweathelp.org/English/PFF_Resources_Doctor_Preparing.asp

The doctor said I should see improvements within a week. So I will keep you updated on my progress.

How's it going so far? I had Botox done in Nor Cal for my armpits about 2 years ago. It decreased the sweating by around 70% and last for about 3 or 4 months, which is well short of the 9 to 12 months they had promised. Definitely wasn't worth the $1500.
