Nervous Rash

this happens to me to i hate it. im 21 and this has been happening to me since i was twelve, i get a red blotchy rash on my neck, chest, arms and face when i get nerves embarressed and anxies, and always when i meet new people, it makes me want to stay home and not leave! its taken all of my confidence. iv been to the docters and she prescribed me clonidine and it doesnt really help much, iv also been prescibed lots of other tablets and they didnt help much either if not made me worse, iv done hypnotherapy that helped abit, its all about how your feeling at the time sometimes it dosent happen at all and i surprise myself but it always has a habbit of coming back!!!! :x

i get it too...and i know. it sucks.

i get this blotchy red rash on my neck, chest and face. its horrible. i think anyone in this world who does not suffer from it is extremely blessed!! ive read that beta blockers helps but im not sure... but i do know that its not rocesea (or however you spell it) my doctor says it is social anxiety...but i know its not. if i didnt get the rash, then i wouldnt have anything to get anxious about!! but doctors dont get that! anyway, stay strong!!!! <--- me! all the time...haha
