Hey guys,

Was surfing around Youtube for videos about hyperhidrosis and saw this new video upload by a company call Alma Lasers. I don't know if it permanently treats sweaty hands through laser and botox or its just another way to distribute botox through the hands without the needles. Most of us know botox is just a temporarily relief of 3-6months for our sweaty hands. Looks very convincing. Anyways, here is the video. Treating Hyperhidrosis of the Palm - YouTube

that looks like a much more efficient way to distribute the botox. i doubt it will be permanent, but it does look very effective

Looks promising to me as well. Although this appears to be the 'AlmaLaser iTED' - which uses Botox. They have recently come out with another treatment called SweatX which apparently does not use Botox & can be used on the hands & feet in addition to the underarms.

NickM,
Where did you read that? The following is from the online brochure & states that it can be used to treat palmoplantar HH.
"First treatment results showed the safety and effectiveness of Alma SweatX. In the following four weeks after the first treatment, the iodine test showed a significant reduction in the production of sweat, both for palmoplantar hyperhidrosis and for axillary hyperhidrosis. Both patients were very satisfied with the treatment itself and with its
very good clinical results. Prof. Dr. Uwe Paasch, Leipzig, Germany"

I read it several months ago on their website. So you saw that quote on their website?
