Not really good with introductions but I thought I'd start by saying hi :)

I have been suffering from SA now for a couple of years and I'm just now starting to get help (been referred to by a psychiatrist through my GP). I also suffer from agraphobia. I really don't have any friends, no life, no job. I'm going no where fast. But I desire to connect.

Welcome!
The best place to start getting help is your doc and psych, and you have started there.

Hi and welcome! I joined about two days ago because I too am an agoraphobic and wish to connect with like minded people! We all need to support each other because only we know what it's like to live this kind of life!
