Hello scissorhands :)

Cant think of any nonprescrip meds - just herbals.
Try ST Johns Wort & DRINK LOTS OF GREEN TEA BEFORE, DURING (if poss) AND AFTER CLASS. Good luck!

hey scissorhands

well the only thing i can recommend is pills called 'A Quiet Life', herbal ones you can pick up in any chemist, and they work instantly. You take 2 three times a day, but have to admit i took more than this before interviews etc, 3, or maybe 4 not sure, as 2 was not that effective, and then i wouldn't take any after the interview. They just calm your nerves. They also act as a sedative tho so if you take more than the stated dose they can make you feel really sleepy after a bit!

I'd say take 'em an hour before the presentation. There's also 'Kalms' which is similar i think.
