OCD and Physical Health

I was just wondering if any one else has numerous physical problems along with ocd. I have diabetes and two years ago was diagnosed with high blood pressure. The blood pressure medication has made my ocd ten times worse. More anxiety than ever before, more intrusive thoughts and panic attacks. The doctors say its coincidence but I know my mind and it's a lot worse now.
I am unable to have friends, drive, go shopping or feel comfortable around
people. Is anyone else here incapacitated so much that they are housebound? I only get out to walk so I can keep my blood sugar and high
blood pressure down.

Hey! Have you tried to maybe change your diet // eat foods that are supposed to help with lowering your blood pressure. Also maybe look up ways on how to help with your ocd. I deff think everything going on with your life is tied in with each other and not just a coincidence. Our minds are very powerful and it is hard to get past our thoughts when we have panic attacks.I am glad to hear that you get to go out or walks. That is a wonderful way to help with everything going on with you. Stay Strong and have a wonderful day!

Been sickly most of my life with this or that. In particular I've noticed my OCD is worse in the evenings and after sleep deprivation. Sometimes staying at home seems like the only way to save my body from further punishment. Stress reduction has helped with headaches and brain fatigue. Not sure about the blood pressure connection.
