Hello Briannamonae welcome to the site. :)
I take Inderal to stop my hands shaking in a situation when I have to talk in front of people. It is a Beta-blocker (usually used for people with blood pressure problems).

You have to be on a significant dose to stop your hands shaking completely. 10mg does nothing for me, so I take a 40mg tablet 1/2 and hour before the talking in public event, and my hands don't shake at all and my heart is not thumping out of my chest.

Can you ask your doctor about taking a Beta-blocker for talking in front of people?
A lot of musicians use them to help with stage fright too.

I would take herbs and vitamins to relieve any stress you are experiencing as well as behavioral/cognitive therapy. Also, I would find faith in SOMETHING positive!

May God Jehova be with you. If, you believe in Him.
