I was going to the gym before 4 hours a day, and yesterday after starting paxil I couldn't last 15 minutes, went home and just slept. I keep sleeping and yawning all the time. I'm only taking one 25 mg pill and I don't know why it's making me this fatigued. Will this feeling go away? I feel even more depressed. Thank you.

and do you gain weight just from the medicine, or you gain weight because you start eating more? I don't want to gain weight! :'(

Take your Paxil before bed to avoid drowsiness in the day.

Thanks for the replies. But I just can't work out in this state. I feel VERY VERY fatigued, all I do is sleep.

It made me tired, I couldn't even think about touching my then girlfriend, and I gained a ton of weight on it.

Did you check your thyroid or testosterone level? If the harmones are not right your moods may swing that way! or did you take roids!lol..

I'd talk to my doctor if I were you, there are lots of other anxiety meds out there.

Paxil doesnt reduce them, but low thyroid or low testosterone levels can cause chronic drowsiness and fatigue
