I dont know if it has been discussed here. But I recently read new research about serotonin actually aggravating anxiety. According to them people with anxiety disorder have higher than usual serotonin and even uses the excess back to the brain.

I dunno if it's real but if it's true then maybe my lifesyle especially my diet increases my serotonin more. Ive read ways to lower serotonin and the advices actually sounds helpful like eating fermented food eg. Yogurt, going outdoors or exposing self to sunlight, doing brain challenging activities, avoiding high fiber food thats hard to digest, etc etc...

What can you say people?

Don't the drugs that are given for anxiety disorders block serotonin inhibitors? Or something like that. The result will be more serotonin, and the pills actually work most of the time.
