Phenibut Information?

Hey i made a thread yesterday about non Rx required anxiety meds and i guess a mod deleted it, why? Anyway, does anyone have experience with phenibut and how much do you usually take, side effects, etc? Thanks

Phenibut Effectiveness, Safety, and Drug Interactions on RxList

Its a supplement thats OTC and it works on GABA thus treating anxiety.

When I first discovered Phenibut it worked great. Elevated my mood and I (suppose) lowered my anxiety a bit. Phenibt binds more-so to GABA-B receptors rather than A (like benzos do). Tolerance builds extremely fast. At first I was dosing around 1-2grams. Then it became 3-4. Too much and you'll wind up with chest tightness and more anxiety. Can't really compare to benzos IMO but its worth a shot. Can be a little pricey.
