And so the quest begins, to find the mystical YouTube inbox. Many say it is gone forever. But some claim, it is still out there.. somewhere.


I'm beginning to think the many YouTube redesigns are all an elaborate sociological experiment; ''With almost limitless quantities of content - at what point does the negative impact of inefficiency of the platform overpower it and drive the public away?''

It would be difficult for people to stop using YouTube. If the videos still work, that's plenty. :)

Funny thing about that, all YouTube videos actuallyto load like two or three weeks ago. ::p: Had to solve it with an add-on to force it to load. Easy enough fix, though.

then theres our numerous snakes and spiders hell bent on destroying every living creature, our drop bears (always have your vegemite handy for those beasts), fleeing the bushfires and into our beautiful beaches where the sharks and blue bottles are kindly enough to try and show you the fastest way to avoid the fires :giggle:

Just read a report about someone who brutally killed a couple in a shared house, because they made terrible mess everywhere. I remember how angry I was, when I moved to a new flat some time ago and the previous inhabitant left terrible mess and filth there as she never cleaned aparently during her stay. Now I had to clean it all after her although it should have been her resposibility and I was supposed to take the flat over in a clean condition. It was a late afternoon and I just arrived tired after a long journey, but before being able to unpack and have shower etc., I had to clean all this. It was horrible and it took me several hours. I was wondering what kind of bitch the girl could have been, I felt like killing her on the spot.

I wonder if people who live in filth can be described as intelligent, even if they were good at something else.

Are those noise cancelling headphones good to relieve pressure changes during flights?

I was trying to find solutions for my extreme ear pain when descending and I saw earbuds and pilot's headset as solutions. The thing is, I'm not comfortable with putting stuff inside my ears. I guess I could ask for one of those pilot's headsets but I was wondering if noise cancelling headphones have the same effect or not.

Next saturday it's the birthday of my best friend. We are in many aspects very alike. Heck, last weekend at the weekly movie evening, we were asked by some guy whether we were siblings. :)
One of our main differences is that she loves giving huge parties. And of course I will attend. But I'm not sure for how long. She has so many friends and invites so many people... I can't stand that for long. Luckily, the next day, we'll be both at our role playing afternoon. ^^

My own birthday is nearing soon. I ignored it most of my life. Last year, however, I thought "it's my birthday, I don't have to give a party, I can do whatever I want if it makes me happy". So I invited some people to a boardgame afternoon. And it was nice. About 5 or 6 people showed up, and we had fun and it was a nice day and everything. So I want to do it again this year.

I first asked the five or so people most important to me, to make sure they have time on the same day. Two of them already replied, waiting for the rest. Then I'll decide on a date, and then invite some more.
