think your over annualising it just ignore it would of been nothing and even if it was mocking you who cares take it with a pinch of salt. these people are not worth worrying about

I had a reasonably alright shift at work this morning, but the sense of dread and depression never leaves me. Feeling really unusual.

I hate how depression makes me feel so unmotivated sometimes. I don't feel that way now, but I did this past weekend, and I ended up procrastinating on things I should've been working on. I'm not completely behind, but I'm struggling to maintain speed, and it's pretty overwhelming. Luckily I'm hitting each task I have to do one by one.

I had the same kind of moment today. I was leaving work, and one of my coworkers was coming back from lunch. As I was approaching she rolled her eyes, and I said hi and she said hi back. I don't think she was rolling her eyes at me, but it worried me a bit. What did I do??? I decided she was rolling her eyes at some people who were trying to get into the shelter before it opened, and decided not to worry about it anymore. But your post just reminded me of it.

If it was important enough for them, it would be imperative and compelling to act. Silence for me, the world for another.
In the end, it’s all about waves, pity the ones representing me act destructively with everything else.
