Anyways, Prince, that's really not fair. For one, this is a help forum, and you should be able to vent your troubles on here as long as you stick to the topic of Social Anxiety. There have been other posts like this on here. There have been posts talking of sex, drugs, and quite a bit of swearing for a forum (which i am not used to haha)...I mean, what child do you think would find this website anyways?! I didn't even know social anxiety existed until about a few months ago.
I'm not picking a fight or anything, i am just stating that it's a bit unfair for you to say that, and you are driving him off this forum and into the sleeping pills. Don't do that. =[

I know you probably meant well and had good intentions. You seem like a good person too, but c'mon man think a little before you write something like that. How would you feel if you cried out for help and someone told you that you need to watch what you say and that you should maybe go to another forum?

What you say is quite absurd as well. Worry about children knowing about popping pills? Put on the news and I believe you will hear something about anna nicole smith or about some burned out actor or actress. My god though, there is alot worse things then the idea of mental problems and pills. Mental problems are the reality of life of every single person at one point in their lives. The more they learn about it all, the better. I dont know what happened in your life to make you so afraid of mental illnesses, but this is a 'mental illness' website and the little children (if there are any) come to learn about life, not come to be censored.

You're giving an impression that innocent bystanders are becoming
shocked by this language.

That's well of the mark - "children" who access this site are well aware of where social phobia can lead you and in darker times suicide is one of those options.

Children also access websites on drugs, weight issues and image issues where ending it is a constant feature.

We should get a "fake suicide" forum, where people can pretend to commit suicide over the internet all they want!

I'm sorry if I did offend any member here.
That's why I rather not be on a forum like this, people are too judgemental, and think that someone is BSing here.

I'm really fighting demons here and I thought by coming here could help. But I see that isn't happening. I'm not to point where I want to end it, but I've really had it.

You won't be seeing me here anymore, and to some they'll say "good riddance" Who wants to hear from someone that is near the brink, or near the end of their rope. Guess I'll have to still battle these demons ALONE.
