Now being told someone is going to kill me

This is an update to what is happenin to me a few weeks ago I posted a comment sayin that I think someone is signing my email address up for porno and I think i know who it is.

Turns out I was correct and now they know I know it was then it has stoped thats good but other things have started I use a site called eekline same as myspace really. but then I go to check my mail on the site to find a messages which contained things such as]

what with a fat fuker like you fuk ur mum
you fat fuker
fat cunt go fuk ur mum

I ignored this then a few days later i checked the messages again
to find things saying

You should die you fucking bastard prick cunt
Your going to get killed so watch out prick
I will be happy to hear you are dead

my parents told me to ignor this but I think thats a bit hard when some 1 says that to you.

The person who I foundout was sendin the emails who is most likely sendin me these messages now calls me gay behind my back still and when i am near him he will stick his hand infront of my face and sayin blocked i feel I shud punch him and say blocked.

I contacted the site about the messages to try and get him off the site but of corse the makers of the site are to lazy to reply and do anything about it.

Even though i have 2 weeks off school i cant get away from him.

As counterintuitive as this seems, don't let it bother you.
This guy is probably not going to kill you, especially if he knows you. Most murderers are either psychopaths, without a scruple to save their lives, or drug-fiends and completely out of their minds.
There is a drawback, however. If it seems to him like he's not getting under your skin enough, he might attack you (if he's that kind of person)... if this happens, be prepared to kick his ass. The easiest way to do so, if neither of you are trained in martial arts, will be to berserk (ie. gouge his eyes, head-butt him in the face, throw a classroom desk at him as hard as you can, push him through a glass window, etc). Use any makeshift weapon you can to your advantage, and go at it tooth and nail. I would not normally advise such violence, but high-school is like prison in this sense, and the Ghandi approach requires civility (in which sense, high-school is most comparable to prison). If you are successful in this, either he will retaliate later, with some kind of advantage, or he will leave you alone. It all depends on how much you damage his pride, which normally depends on how many people see you kick his ass. If you can succeed a second time, which will probably be done in a more secluded place and time at his choosing, the chances are, he will leave you alone. This is how I got through high-school without being bullied, as such. Good luck.

yeah I been hacked a few times too, you have to keep changin your email password and have it long with both letters and numbers I've been told
