Much the same here. It's probably my biggest phobia.
The worst nightmare was at work, where departmental administration insisted we line up for mug shots annually - then posted pics on a very public bulletin board, plus more recently on the internet!!
I can (barely) tolerate 'action' shots if I must, but these were terrifying full frontal enlarged face shots. Gawd.
I remember a similar thread ~2yr ago. One poster refused to let her employer photograph her.

I hate having my photo taken with the exception of the annual school photos as mine dont seem SO bad. Any other photos I refuse to have taken though.
I have been putting off having my photo taken for my provisional liscence for so long. It's my birthday next week and I wanted to learn to drive and get organised - but the photos!!

if i take a photo i will take it 20+ times just to get a good one then i think it looks ugly..haha.

I HATE having my photo taken, it makes me feel as if I'm being judged. I can deal with other people seeing photos of me as long as I NEVER have to see them myself, I can't cope with looking at pictures of myself at all.

i go bright red if i see one of my friends or family get a camera out , i hate it , every weekend i go out with my mates and they always take a camera and they ask me to get in the photo, but im going so red from just seeing the camera i cant do it. they find it amusing, but it gets me down a lot.

I have to be in a really good mood to have my picture taken, and after teh fact i can never look at it and often delte it. I just got my braces off and that has helped a bit but the htoguht of someone looking at my picture makes my stomach tieup and i hate extremly upset...

ugh I hate having my pic taken.... i have an ED as well, and looking at myself in a picture or in the mirror for that matter just compounds the problem - I look so fat and ugly, who would want to look at me?!
