I was seventeen when I first started experiencing panic attacks. The first time I experienced it I didnt know what to think. I would get hot in the face and start to sweat, and want to be alone or get away. Since then I have been taking medication daily, and my panic attacks have slowly stopped and dissappeared.

However, I did not get on my medication right away, so there was a large time period were panic attacks were a huge problem for, not saying that they arent now.

things I did to avoid panic attacks.
-Never drink caffine (will help so much!!!!!)
-No spicey foods
-End your showers with a little cold water, maybe 15 seconds.

Things I didnt during panic attacks
-Went to the washroom
-drew little pictures until the attack was over
-Told my friends i was experiencing a panic attack, all my friends new so they would make jokes about it, which actually made me more comfortable.
-one of the best things i ever learned is, just try and act normal, people will not notice!!!!!even though you are feeling like hell, just try and play it cool.

Only thing I notice now is, im self-con when i start drinking. And I now notice peoples complexions now. Because before I knew about panic attacks, i just thought i was blushing.
