Hi all,

I wonder if there's a correlation between depression & SA.

I don't know - I've had the depressive statuses (stati? - I don't know which form is correct... Laughing and if this word is proper) some time ago; now it's better. The phobia has been lightening already when the depression was pretty huge at me; next, depression has nearly disappeared (or it's at least quite bearable) and phobia has been still lightening...

I had supposed earlier, that the SA is caused by the depression, but now I think it may be inversely. Idea Question

What do you think? What causes what? Is there any correlation, or it's maybe only a coincidence? Question Question Question

Cheers to you all! Smile

I recently feel pretty apathetic & dull. No medicines are taken by me; interesting thing. Confused
And this makes me feel less anxiety; it's curious...
