Hm, it's actually embarrassing...

What about the therapy? Some drugs maybe? Do you consider it?

Because it can be really stressing, as you've written... Confused

Oh no, it's certainly not your fault. Is my fault I've the social phobia or any other disease?

I'm not a doctor, that I could say iwhat's the reason... Wink

Your fault may be, if you do nothing to get rid of it. I think so. So maybe, if you don't want the drugs, try some kind of psychotherapy?

Only such a suggestion, I know how hard it can be (I've never had a psychotherapy and doubt if it'd be possible at me... Laughing ).
