hey jegan,
ive heard that yoga and meditation actually helps. tried it...but never really kept my discipline. should do it n see what happens. shouldnt drop out of college man. go see a doctor and tell him to prescribe you clonazopam. i dunno if uve heard about it yet or not. it really calms u down for like 7-8 hours...i finally did a presentation after taking like 5 of those pills. sounds nuts but i had to do that presentation in order to graduate. it helps..its like being drunk. but im looking for a permanent alternative.

im actually pretty close to sauga right now, i go to school in hamilton.

what kinda doc prescribed clonazepam for you? family doctors seem hesitant to prescribe benzos to me, they've only offered SSRIs. did you go see a specialist?

propranolol helps a lot with presentations too. stops physical symptoms like shaking and studdering.

yes i've taken propranolol 14 times. (20mg tabs) mainly for presentations, i'm in commerce. it kicks in at around 1 to 1.5 hours. its been a lifesaver.

it doesnt stop me from being anxious, the racing thoughts are still there, but the physical symptoms like shaking, studdering are gone. I don't even say "umm" either. I also think it helps with blushing/sweating somewhat.

its not addictive either, docs are quite happy prescribing the drug.

theres presentations in engineering? not many, right? what school?
