Hi everyone,

I just purchased an Idromed and started treatments. I was supposed to do my fifth treatment today but for some reason the current will not increase from 0. I have everything connected properly and I doubt it is a water issue since the idromed was working just fine until today! Any suggestions for fixing it? Or maybe the machine is the problem?

Thanks!

Did you try another outlet? Did you pop a breaker?

This happened to me once and it was due to the water. Let the tap water run for a few seconds and refill. If that doesn't work, then it might be the device itself.

Thanks for the tips. I tried it again and on the third try, let my hands sit in the tub for a few minutes then used my feet to turn up the current. It worked, but since I didn't have trouble before, I am a bit skeptical about its reliability. Guess, I will just have to wait and see!
