I wrote this shortly after having a bad panic attack at my church. It was completely internal. I held it all in, not wanting to show that I'm "crazy"
this is how I felt.
little glass box
my comforting cage
soundless and earsplitting
can't move
can't breathe
long to scream
long to bleed
long to break out
afraid to be free
afraid to leave the familiarity
afraid of what's next
my constricting prison
little glass box

It's so accurate in everyway, I used to have such attacks during school assemblies... *sigh* again, nice poem .
