Tons of cool info located there. I'm not depressed, but for those of you who are (or are just seeking more fulfillment like I am), it's pretty inspiring.

infected malignity, thankyou! you stumbled across a real gem here.

On the contrary it is not for depression this is perfect for social phobics. It is pretty identical to Buddhism ways, trying to 'live in the moment'...when you do that that is what buddhists call 'enlightenment'.

It basically holds the key to the cure. Another thing that does this is Steve Conway's 'The Cure', you can download it for £5 on his site http://www.social-phobia.co.uk/. And that key is to stop the negative thoughts.

CBT, NLP, etc, all seem to relate. They are trying to do the same thing in essence, it is just the best way to do it. Because it is a very hard thing to do!
