Hyperhidrosis and sphenopalatine ganglion block?

Could someone who understands english a little better then me please explain in simple english what this is?.Specialy the last part.

Is it like a chemikal ETS,but whit no side effects and if there will be some side effects they will go away if you stop using it,taking it or wathever?

i just read that article and as far as i can tell, it's exactly like what you said. it acts just like ETS, but there aren't side affects (although it looks like they only tested it on 1 person) and you can stop treatment whenever. the article was geared more towards the science field than it was to actual patients though, so it wasn't very clear on the procedure.
