I have posted that my daughter returns to the scene to reassure herself that she did not cause an accident, spending hours at an intersection going over it in her head. It seems to help me deal with things knowing that we are not the only ones going through this. " OCD "
I would like to like to hear or i should say read about some of the other urges
that are associated with OCD that you might be willing to talk about... I believe it would be good for those who are comfortable talking about it to open up and share.

This forum is for those of us with issues who are looking for help, or have found what works for us and we then share it.

Your post....has this feel of a lurker. Someone who gets off on other's issues.

If you are reacting emotionally to what I have just said...ask yourself "if I am innocent" would I have an emotional reaction?
