For most of my life I have suffered from acne in one form or another. Never anything serious but enough to knock my confidence and cause me some anxiety...

Well about 2 years ago I started getting this redness on my cheeks- like a rash which led me to start using a concealer to cover up the marks.

Finally, a couple of months ago I did some research and discovered I probably had rosacea. So I went to visit my GP and he prescribed me some gel treatment to get rid the redness.

The stuff is amazing and my face has never been clearer! Ive been using it for about a month and in the last 2 weeks I've noticed I'm getting more confident, especially around girls! At least I can get closer to them without them seeing a horribly red face anymore!

So the moral of the story is to make sure you see your GP rather than assume that there's no treatment for it. I only wish I had done this 10 years ago.
