Hi everyone,

I thought I would post the link to the Anxiety Disorders Association of Victoria's (Australia) new Message Board. It has just been up and running for a couple of weeks.

Everybody is welcome.

I stumbled across the site a couple of days ago. It seems like a good place but most of the people there seem to be older. But maybe I'm wrong.

I'll check it out again sometime.

How old are you shadow if you don't mind me asking?

I know that the majority of users on that m/b are in the early 20's and 30's.

Which State are you from?

I actually tried to join one of the social anxiety support groups run by ADAVIC but they were all way too far from where I live. I don't know if there's anything in my area, but I'm still looking.

Hi Shadow,

Which suburb do you live in?

ADAVIC now has five groups.

1. Kew
2. Brunswick
3. South Kingsville
4. Frankston
5. Glen Waverley

Frankston started up early last year and Glen Waverley's first meeting will on the 1st March.

If I knew the suburb you lived in I would be able to tell you which areas ADAVIC will be starting groups later this year.

Take care

annie
