Well! To me, binding in this quote means to be bound in a bad way. And to pick up your heart and run, from that which has held you back, or secure in one place.. would be a good idea.. Right? Smile

Well the strings that bind are the things that keep you together mentally, so when it all falls apart you need to pick up your broken heart and run with it...in other when your down just stick with your heart and keep on going with life.
