Well I am only 14, nearly 15, and I have had this since maybe 13 or so and well this usually only happens at night or when I am not thinking about it. At school, I very rarely do any of the things I will say and so thats why I am not sure if its OCD. When I go to sleep I have to like check if all the plugs are unplugged and if everything is in a certain way, like placed in a proper way. I also have a thing where I count in my head and stuff. Sometimes I lose interest in an obession I have and so I can try cut it out but nearly always a new thing turns up. It seems like it is and I am really scared and sad that it could be. Could anyone tell me if it is and ways of trying to stop it or lower it down to a minimum.

People here can make educated guesses about whether or not you have OCD but really the only person that can tell you for sure is a licensed therapist who specializes in OCD.
How you get help or deal with OCD depends on your situation and such but here are some links that may help you.
I'm of the mind set that if you've got something that's really bothering you or causing you anxiety like this then you should seek help and treat it.
I think it's normal to be sad/scared about the situation, I know I went through lots of different emotions dealing with my OCD, but remember that there are literally thousands and thousands of people out there with OCD (1 in 50 adults in the US) and lots of them that get treatment go on to live very normal lives.
