Many nights I will have a dream, where my life is much better than in real-life . When i wake up it makes me feel so sad because I havn't actually got these things, and I will think about the dream all day.

Today was such a day. Last night I had an incredible dream where I had a beautiful girlfriend, my 'dream girl' I suppose. She rest her head against mine and it felt so real, I can't stop thinking about it. At the end of the dream she smiled at me and I can't get the image out of my head.

Its as if the dream is tormenting me, giving me what I want the most; what I would give anything for and then it tares it away from me. For the rest of the day I will think about it. It will eat away at me, but of course I have no one to talk to about it.

Does anyone else have similar experiences?

I get similar dreams when I drink certain drinks (soft drinks and some types of beers) before going to sleep.

I wake up feeling euphoric only to open my eyes and discover I'm still in my flat and think..."Oh f**k! It was only a dream"!

Same shit happens to me. I'll wake up with my heart racing, only to find she was never real to begin with! Like, what the fuck?!

Alright guys, I say we make these dreams a reality. Who's with me?

If only it were that easy Sad . Tell me where the women of my dreams is, cure my SA and then there's a slight chance of it becoming a reality.

Ive probably had hundreds of those dreams. There is always that moment when I first wake up when Im not sure if what I dreamed was real or not... but then as the moments pass I realize that it wasnt, that come-down really can be depressing.

I just had a beautiful dream the other night, I actually felt sensations like they were real. It was pretty kickass. I usually wake up feeling good, though. What if your soul actually goes somewhere when you dream? Maybe these dreams are really happening on a faraway plane... Nobody knows, so I like to imagine it Smile

But I'm sure we'll all find 'the one' sooner or later. Don't give up hope. You can be shy and still have a significant other, so don't let any of that BS stop you.

dreams are a way for the subconcise to communicate with the mind, either telling you what it wants or what it wants to get rid of.

I have always viewed dreams as organizing thoughts and such into order to ease the mind and simply to keep things neat. It unloads thought if you will. The only thing similar I imagine would be a personal computer.

Dreams only spring from previous images and imagination, at times it seems its trying to tell you something (ect. death in dreams) but its merely a mixture of emotion and memory flowing through.

Hehe I remember those ones where I wanted so badly to go back into, to live there instead of reality. A cool thing also in dreams if you was to do something repeatedly in such you would become better at it in real life. I remember hugging(just hugging) someone I loved, completely imaginative but... it was incredibly inspiring and I felt truly at ease.
