My mood is darkening by the day. I have barely spoken a word since Friday. I have no desire to initiate conversation, and i only really speak if someone asks me something, i just feel so drained of energy and i have no zest. Last night my mum and grandmother dragged me out for a meal at a local Hotel restaurant, and i sort of sat there like a zombie feeling unreal as if i wasn't really there. I feel numb, personality less, dull, lifeless. I was actualy considering taking all of my meds last night but i am rational enough to not do a stupid thing like that.

Hey Recluse. I'm sorry you feel that way. If time has taught me anything, social anxiety has its high and low points. Sounds like you're having a real low point, but look on the bright side. You'll bounce back soon! =). A big hug until you do!
