Hi embo,

Sorry to hear you're having a bad spell at the mo. Unfortunately, I find that I have more bad days than good ones. That's SP for you Exclamation Evil or Very Mad

Heck, I know exactly how you feel comparing yourself to other people. Having SP for years can really drain the hope out of you, and when I see and hear about how other people are getting along with their lives......

However, although you may not feel like it, you have done superbly to have a partner, kids, best mate and part time job. You should at least give yourself plenty of credit for that.

Hey embo, I'm new here too.
I feel the same as you. I think i may have always had SA but i have only just realised it exsisted by searching the net, trying to find out if my anxieties were common and if it had a name.
I'm a single mum of 2 and im at college and have a work placement at a pre-school but i am finding some things at work and college very difficult to cope with. Any time where i will have an amount of adults watching me i find practically impossible.
I have just found out at college today that we have to do a 10 minute presentation in front of our class in a couple months time so i'm really scared now. Dont no how i'm going to cope with that Shocked
