OCD or Something Else? (it's very odd..)

Hi. I have been aimlessly browsing the internet looking for an answer to what it could be that is effecting my fiance. Please try not to judge as it is a very odd thing indeed... I don't even know if it really could be OCD at all. But I felt like I'd ask.. I just found out recently that my fiance has this strange obsession over skin. No matter who he meets, male or female, if he likes their skin he suddenly wonders what they'd look like naked or what their skin feels like. (strange, I already said) It isn't because he's a pervert or anything like that, he says it just happens and he can't help it. He doesn't want to and it's very irritating to him. He doesn't do anything based off these thoughts (therefore maybe not OCD, because it has no exactly compulsion), but it happens every day and he feels like a freak because of it. Does anyone have any clue what this could be? He hates it because he feels like some sort of pervert and he's not that kind of person Are there any mental-related things that could lead to something like this? Thank you.

I don't have this issue with others' skin, but I do imagine the grossest things about them sometimes. I imagine what their worst smell is. I don't try to do it, it just happens.

I know classically, sexuality and deviance is a theme in OCD. I had the homosexual spike and relationship doubt at one point.

It seems to me, the problem is not with the thought, but with the thinking about the thought, and with the conclusions reached, which make you feel guilty.

If the thoughts are causing him a lot of anxiety, I think he should get help.
