Hmmmmm i 'm thinking your gonna have to talk it out with your bro and i guess his friend doesn't have anywhere else to go or something but your bro shoulda realised your not gonna like it. How long is he gonna stay there exactly? and if he is out alot how exactly does he expect you too live on your own with a stranger and not even tell you about it! Surely you can get him to reconsider. So is he gonna be paying to stay with you or anything as i thought you werent too well off anyways, tis why you've been looking for a job........hmmm i doubt your mum will let the guy stay there but i dunno, will your bro listen to either you or your mum?

Wow I cant believe how in sensitive your brother is. It wouldn't be so bad if your brother at least had a normal schedule but since he is a driver it 's basicaly going to be you and that stranger. I dont care how nice that guy might be. Its going to mostly be you and him. Is there anyway for you to move back home even if its just for a little bit?

Hmmm yeah if he's got money then your bro should defs say he can't stay etc. i mean your his sister, you come first right? when is he supposed to be moving in exactly?
Think about this people. If this brother's friend's name is not on the lease to the house/apartment/whatever, then he is not legally permitted to live there. As long as you don't want him to live there, he can't, because your name is already on the lease and his isn't. It's as simple as that, just tell you brother that your going to get him evicted for breaching the lease that you both signed when you moved into your apartment. He's not legally allowed to just bring people into the house to live....
