it's a nice feeling!
the other day i woke up and was actually excited about things i could go out and do. i actually got dressed nicely and went out by myself with no help and i even went about a mile and a half and i even got on a bus! i havent left my house or gone that far alone on my own in 3 or 4 weeks, and so later, while i was out doing it, it hit me that i felt no stress, no pressure, no nervousness...and i was excited from the minute i woke up, just like when i was a kid. i talked to shop clerks, i tried on and bought clothes and even ate in a restaurant and talked to the food makers and joked. it was great. no safe person, out in open spaces in crowded places, talking to people and making eye contact!

that sounds like true freedom!
yes, and hopefully i can have another one just like it soon.

and good luck to Vancouver, lets make it a winning streak!

Oh my god. Something's happening to me. Whatever it is, I've never felt like this before and it is GREAT. It's absolutely wonderful how free I feel for the first time. I feel like I've finally solved my own mathematical quandary. Not only that, but these feelings are lasting longer than they ever have before. Best part of all - I've got it all down on paper so I never forget what did it for me!

Guys... all I have to say is this. Find your solution. Do some exploring. You WILL find it, I promise you with my heart in it's entirety!
