What can i do when i feel so ugly and repulsive both physically and on the inside? I feel so hopeless i would rather be dead.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so who can say you're ugly and someone else is not? its just a matter of opinion so dnt let others put you down or make u feel bad, who are they to do that, they have no right so dont listen to them and know that you are better than them for suffering these problems
As for having a better self image try imagine your fav film star and walk like them, or do what u wud imagine they'd do in a situation believing u look as good as they do & u probably will Smile

! I'm sorry you're feeling so bad. I'd bet money that you aren't really ugly or repulsive. It's just having low self-esteem making you feel that way. I often feel small and ugly, too, even though logically and objectively I know I'm not ugly. I wish there was something else I could say to make you feel better. Words often are so inadequate Sad
