Wow. I'm only on day 5 and I've improved a ton.

So far I've learned how to decrease anxiety by about 90%, actually feel good about myself for once (and really good at that), and best of all, I didn't pay anybody for any of it!

I don't think anything's ever lasted this long for me. I might have found a real, live cure for this disease after all!

What do you mean... when you "explode" your shyness go away ?

Like when you get really angry and tell somebody exactly how you feel.Or get so sad inside that you can't keep from crying. It's kind of like how the more you bottle emotions up, the worse it's going to be when the lid comes flying off.

I do this alot, and because I don't feel that I know how to properly show emotion or emotional responses to a lot of things I often don't show it at all, and it gets bottled up. Then after awhile I can't take it anymore and get really upset and angry and I can do really stupid things while like this. It's also REALLY hard for me to cry, even if I want to I usually just can't seem to it. So I kind of get really agry most of the time, and can throw things or hit things, etc without realizing the consequences. Not good.
