Welcome! I can relate; I have also had anxiety almost my whole life. It was never really a problem until I was 14 or so though, and got even worse when I was 18. If you ever want to talk we are all here for you

I've had social phobia all my life and its become a problem (I'm 20 now) in the last 5 years. It effects every area of my life.
