I have palmer/plantar HH.
And I'm trying to control the palmer by ionto with the idrostar and it sort of works.
I used to use Driclor as well as ionto, but I think I've become immune to Driclor or something.
What topical treatment should I try now?
Is Hydrosal Gel better than Driclor??
PLEASE HELP... I HAVE A MUSIC PERFORMANCE EXAM IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS AND I NEED TO KNOW WHAT TO BUY!
(Sorry for the caps, I'm a bit pissed off atm.)
do you use driclor every night, if so this is probably why its not as effective as it was. You could give Odaban a try, its a spray and I found this to be a better product than A forte which I also have (I think its just like driclor). You could also try doing the ionto treatments for longer periods of time and more often, that might help. I don't know if hydrosal gel is better than driclor, i think it goes deeper into the skin as its a gel that you rub in, the only to now is try it i guess. good luck with the exam
The active ingredience in whatever topical remedy is Aluminum Chloride. Study the declaration of whatever product you have available (sorry Iīm European and I have no experience with the brands you mention) and figure out which product has more Aluminum Chloride = This is the best product Isnīt it simple ? I found that the cheapest no-name brands are as effective and a lot cheaper than the high profiled brands. Good Luck.
Iīm puzzled why you donīt make the best of your ionto device though?? Any good excuse?
Well now I'm planning to stop using Driclor (stuff with aluminium chloride in it) for at least a week and start up with Deydral (even though that's the stuff for feet). I have a feeling that it might be stronger since the skin on your feet is a lot tougher.
I've also not done ionto for 2 days and ALL my sweating has come back pretty much. (palmer)
I don't know what to do anymore.
I can't decide whether to go along with the instructions in the idrostar booklet (as far as regularity of treatments is concerned), or whether I should do ionto every day.
I feel like I've been through every possible combination of how long and how often to do ionto and how often to use anti-perspirant on my hands.
I really need someone to help me because I'm going through this hell of a condition on my own (as most of you are aswell most likely).
I'd appreciate if anyone could give me an idea of how often to do the treatments because I feel like I've achieved nothing. And it also doesn't feel right that I have to do ionto every day to keep my hands relatively dry.
Being only 16 years old shows that I really don't need this kind of shit in my life yet.

Thanks.
Since you bought the Idrostar, why not try to make it work? I used my Idromed 4 every day for 10 consequtive days untill I was dry, and I was fine. I canīt see there could be any risks for you not following the manual. Did you check your water? Do you know if itīs suited for iontophoresis? Tell me which city youīre from, and I can look it up on the net most likely.
Well I've stopped using Driclor since Monday, and next Monday I'm gonna try Dehydral cream - $30 all the way from Canada.
Plus I'm gonna start ionto again after skipping treatments for only 3 days.
I can't believe I didn't do it for ONLY 3 days and I got full blown sweating starting up again.
Hyper-Hydro, you've so big on the Iontophoresis treatments. Don't you find it to be a bulky solution? If someone tells me that Drysol/Driclor/Certain Dri or any other clinical deodorant works, I always recommend that over Iontophoresis treatments?
Are you not a big advocate of Aluminum Chloride treatments because of its rumored link to alzheimer's disease? I know that may sound ridiculous, but there's been so much speculation about this for the past 2 years from the press.
Or is there another reason you prefer Iontophoresis?

What? please rephrase, I didnīt get that??

Yes that does sound very ridiculous. What makes you think Iīm a big advocate of aluminum chlorhydrate treatments? I hate the shit, but it helps if you have nothing else. Donīt waste our time with speculations and rumours. If thereīs something about it, we should discuss it . Bring it up with relevant evidence.

It works! I can choose when my hands and feet will be dry. Why do you need another reason?
Woofy, now that weīre talking. Can you give me the latin names, or trivial names for the 2 herbs Mike Ramsey is talking about, or do you want me to send you $ 34,95 ?
