there's an indent in my chest, and i feel always like something's going to stab it. i can't wear certain shirts if they press up against it, and thinking about it makes me nautious

no, my chest isnt deformed, im just 70 pounds. you can see my heart beat through my chest, it freaks me out.
Are you sure? If there are any indents or holes in your rib cage then you can get that fixed.
I know what its like to be skinny and you know what the secret to adding weight is? Milk. Drink a half a gallon a day and that will put some weight on you. Throw in some bodyweight exercises (google it) for your chest and you'll be better than ever
