Hi forum,

The reason I am posting.

I am developing a series of steps to overcome this disability and I wanted to get some feed back and one on one time with some people

My Credentials

I myself suffered for 6 Years. At its worst it was chronic and ruined my life, totally. I found a way through and out the otherside where I now lead a normal life, with family, children, work, friends and no anxiety. Sometimes you still remember it but the feelings have gone.

I understand what it is like to be on the floor, at the bottom with no hope, letting people down that you care about. I won't make any grand claims but I want to do with other people what i did for myself, without drugs.
